Known anywhere by his spiral hat, eye patch, and ginger beard. He rides Remy, a giant rat, and is followed everywhere by Cosmo — a very good ghost Frenchie.
Whimsical, weird, and lovable; the kind of leader who's always allowed to be a little messy.

A young Bosmer roaming Tamriel — curious, friendly, no specialization and no destiny. The era of pure discovery.
